The Art of Sacred Touch is a back to basics method of energy bodywork, working in entrainment with the intelligence of body genius to fine tune body, mind and spirit and connect with universal flow through spinal energy.

The ancients knew the Caduceus, the physicians' symbol illustrated here, represents the blueprint of spinal energy flow upwards through the heart centre and outwards to connect with the Universal Mind, the Source, the limitless big picture - for information, inspiration, meditation, expansion, transformation, Evolution.  

Involution is spinal energy flowing downwards anchored to intermittent feelings of abandonment and separation through unresolved programming passed down through the ages.

  In sharing bodywork sessions in this introductory training, you experience basic instruction on:

•  how to  mould your hands in oneness with body tissue, working as a catalyst, silently supporting in stillness and surrender

• how to listen with pure intent in present time through your hands, instincts and senses

•  how to simply ‘be’ and respectfully ‘follow’  body’s instructions, movements, pulsations and invitations as the humble observer, lovingly acknowledging its responses and orchestrations as Master of its own Process in gently clearing energy blocks from the past to adjust itself structurally and functionally in the present at cellular memory level.

• how to energetically set the scene for body, mind and spirit to receive supportive signals to feel safe and respond deeply at heart and soul level

• it is a 'non doing, being' method in silence and stillness, surrendering, sensing and listening for the body, as master of its own process, to clear energy blocks and make its own adjustments structurally and functionally.

The Facts

• Energy blocks in body tissue caused by the insults and injuries of life (eg suppressed emotions, accidents, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual trauma etc) are stored files on the hard disk of your body/mind computer - your personal history book - your cellular memory.  When energy blocks clear through bodywork, those negative unnecessary files are deleted, creating free disk space for you to re-programme with more of the positive - clearing the clutter - space clearing in your Holy Temple.

Introduced to this bodywork method in 1989 training in Body Harmony,  I passionately developed my own style where the emotional body and cellular memory became my passion and spinal energy flow became my specialty.  I was led to a whole new world of understanding creative essence housed in the sacrum (sacred place).  Energy bodywork plays a major role in awakening the true power of creative potential to move past the layers of perceived limitations.  It worked for me and it can certainly work for you.  As energy blocks cleared and my senses expanded, limitations naturally and gradually faded to be taken on an exciting journey in fulfiling my destiny.

About Yanis - as group facilitator Yanis understands the privilege in setting a sacred scene and holding a sacred space for hearts to expand and love to come through, drawing in the vibration of Venus.  This creates a powerful scene for personal transformation.   Introduced to energy bodywork in 1989, training in Body Harmony, Yanis developed her own style wherein the emotional body, relationships, communication and cellular memory became her passion and spinal energy flow her specialty.  As a free thinker, she has expanded and developed models on varied aspects of clearing personal clutter (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, material) to move from the subjective little picture of limitation to the objective big picture of worthiness and limitlessness, employing the principles of spiritual psychology.  As Author, Creator of Inspirational Art and Songwriter, she has first hand experience in clearing energy blocks to expand creativity and encourages others in their pursuit of heartfelt self-expression in every area of their lives.
