Steps to personal freedom
Creative Life Skills ~ are not taught in school. Most dedicated parents educate on old fashioned values and 'doing things right'. Yet, are we taught to really know and love self? Are we guided and encouraged on how to recognise weaknesses and overcome them, and to acknowledge and accentuate strengths? Or how to work with non-productive beliefs, patterns and behaviours which no longer serve and which inhibit expression and fulfillment of creative potential? Are we made aware of the full picture, to focus on attaining mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and material maturity to develop sound self management skills on the basis that the primary relationship is with self? Through lack of thorough education in these areas, many enter The University of Life naive and ill-equipped. 8 Steps to personal freedom concept has been developed since 1989 and serves as a map, reflecting the calls of beautiful souls who entered my world in group, personal consultation and every day life, searching for answers and also reflecting my life experiences in soul searching for truth. Consultations, Groups and Inspirational Art serve as additional tools to overcome past negative influences and perceived limitations by accentuating the positive. The University of Life ~ in learning life's lessons, damage is done mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Our bodies, a storehouse for many things, take the rap, causing energy blocks, dis-ease and imbalance. The inner child, with bruised heart and ego, loses its innocence, trust, self-esteem and worthiness with impairment of natural senses. When hearts and egos are bruised in childhood, worthiness as adults to live wholeheartedly in balanced creative relationship and to fulfil limitless creative potential is impaired. Your inner child longs for freedom and through reconciliation, doors open to access the wisdom of your enthusiastic free-spirited child, leaving the childish and naive behind, bringing glorious opportunities for the eagle within to fly. Consider these 8 basic steps for inner reconciliation: Step 1 - clearing body energy blocks, toxicity and cellular memory The
body is a storehouse for many things - suppressed emotions, metals,
chemicals, memories of past insults and injuries, toxicity and so
on. Bodywork and body
cleansing are keys to clearing this accumulation at soul level (mentally,
emotionally, physically and spiritually).
The cleaner you are, the clearer you are. Step
2
- expanding impaired senses and instincts.
Through
step 1, senses and instincts (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling,
knowing, intuiting and so on) which are impaired in childhood can once more
expand, bringing higher awareness and consciousness. Step 3 - exploring self-expression To
restore right/left brain balance, to stimulate creative feminine essence and expand
imagination of your inner child because the world is predominantly left
brained. Step
4
- developing
balanced self-parenting and adopting
creative life skills adopting
creative life skills. Exploring
the concept of tough self-parenting nabs the culprits of inner child
abuse. It is fascinating what
surfaces when this process begins, to establish more balance in relationship with
self/others.
Step
5
- recognising and changing unconscious re-active patterns, behaviours and
beliefs which no longer serve.
Being
the observer of self and family reveals childhood role modelling to see
self and loved ones in truth. Step 6 - trading in subjective re-active left brained right/wrong attitudes The
world revolves around attack and right and wrong so this is the biggest
challenge and can take the longest to reconcile because these influences
are in our
faces daily having been programmed down through the ages. Step 7 - understanding and moving past the effects of cellular memory time warps The
interferences and influences of cellular memory and their
effects on relationships are largely
understated and misunderstood in personal development and make a
fascinating study to leave the ancestral past behind, especially in the area of
behaviours, patterns and beliefs. Step 8 - by applying creative self-management principles learned through Steps 1 to 7, one can live more objectively in the limitless present time big picture in response mode through love, trust and worthiness with healthy ego to fulfil creative potential and realise heartfelt desires, goals and dreams.

One cannot help but be in awe when one contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvellous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity.
